The thank you cards allow colleagues to give instant feedback and recognition to each other. They are an opportunity to thank colleagues for good practice, in line with the Trust values.

The cards should be placed in a staff area, such as a staff room or kitchen, where all staff can have access to them.

Share the reason for your thank you card

If you have received a card, please log it using the form below. Alternatively you can share it on our Trust closed Facebook group or by contacting the Communications team.
