Our core purpose is to work with people and lead communities in improving their mental and physical health and wellbeing for a better life; through delivering excellent and responsive prevention, diagnosis, early intervention, treatment and care.
The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) was launched in 2013 by NHS England. It was created to help service providers (like Derbyshire Healthcare) and commissioners understand whether their patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It is a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving care or treatment across the NHS.
Since its launch, more than 25 million pieces of patient feedback have been submitted. Learn more on the NHS website.

You can also give feedback about our services in other ways - learn more on the 'your feedback' page.
