We support adults of all ages - both working age adults and older adults. Most of our services are available across Derbyshire and Derby. A small number are available only in southern Derbyshire and Derby.

Across Derbyshire...

We provide a range of services around mental health and emotional wellbeing. We support people with acute needs as well as people with more common mental health problems.

We also provide support across Derbyshire's communities for people with dementia.

We provide support for people with drug and alcohol problems. We are the lead organisation in drug and alcohol partnerships in both the city of Derby and across the county of Derbyshire.

We support people with eating disorders like anorexia and bulimia.

We provide assessment services for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

We advise GPs, pharmacists, dentists and other health professionals on the best ways to support people with learning disabilities. We call this 'strategic health facilitation'.

Across southern Derbyshire...

We offer support to people with learning disabilities (LD) through our community LD teams.

We provide hospital services for people with acute dementia at our Cubley Court unit.

These services are provided in northern Derbyshire by Derbyshire Community Health Services (DCHS) NHS Foundation Trust.
