Welcome to the webpages for Derbyshire Eating Disorders Service.
At Derbyshire Eating Disorders Service, people are usually referred into our service from their GP or another healthcare professional. If it's appropriate, an assessment will be offered which includes the completing of questionnaires. The aim is to gather information about your current difficulties. As a team, we then discuss the assessment and plan how best to support you in your recovery. Sometimes we might signpost you to other services that may be better suited to meet your needs.
The treatment you receive will follow a specific pathway, based on the National Institute of Clinical Excellence guidelines.
