Book your COVID-19 booster
Please make an appointment through one of the following routes:
- The Trust's internal hospital hub booking system - select 'Ashbourne Centre' as your location. You can also book your flu jab. Please note that you need to be on the Trust network or remote access service to use this link, but your manager can book an appointment for you. Or you can call the hospital hub on 01332 389150; appointments are often available on the day
- The national booking system - you can only make a booking using this system when you reach 182 days since your second dose
- The SwiftQueue booking link for Midland House vaccination centre in Derby - this link allows you to book in advance of 182 days.

Had your vaccination elsewhere?
If you are a Trust colleague and you have had either your first, second or booster COVID-19 vaccine at a vaccination centre other than our hospital hub, please let us know. Our internal Trust COVID vaccine recording system is now live and is very easy to complete – you just log on to the Trust network, click on the link and then fill in a short form.
What to expect after your COVID vaccination
A number of patient information leaflets (including large print and alternative language) are now available for people who have had their first COVID-19 vaccination. A British Sign Language video is also available.
