Latest information regarding appointments

Please be aware that wait times for treatment are longer that we would like and you may wait over 30 weeks for your treatment appointment.

Some providers in Derbyshire are reporting shorter waiting times and details for all providers in Derbyshire can be found on the Joined Up Care Derbyshire website. 

We are now offering face-to-face appointments again and if this is your preference then our clinician will discuss our available venues with you during your initial assessment.

Call us on 0300 123 0542. Our phone lines are open from 9:00am to 4:45pm. Voicemails can be left between the hours of 8:00am and 4:45pm if you are unable to get through to us. In this event, please leave your name, contact number and the reason that you are calling and a member of our admin team will respond to your message.
