The NHS England Learning Disability Annual Health Check Enhanced Service is commissioned by the North Midlands Local Area Team.

Each year the Area Team ‘offers’ the enhanced service on the electronic Calculating Quality Reporting Service (CQRS) system by 30 April. Practices enrol by 30 June, and need to complete the participation agreement.

Practices participating in this programme are also required to sign up to CQRS by 31 July.

Practices may be able to join the scheme after this date but need to contact the GMAS Team if they wish to do so.
