How art helps with your wellbeing: Taking time away to be lost in doing art is like going into the garden to water the flowers. You see life can dry you out at times and you may find yourself wilting under the heat. Whether I’m making a piece of jewellery, painting or like I’m doing at the moment, trying my hand at sketching, I feel refreshed What may have building up inside has been replaced with an internal “happy” a good place, a refreshing drink, a simple sigh of satisfaction.
