Learning Disability Week 2023 takes place from 19 to 23 June. This year, the Trust's Learning Disabilities teams want to remind people with a learning disability about the importance of annual physical health checks.
These checks, usually carried out by GPs, have been proven to be effective in diagnosing conditions amongst people with a learning disability that might otherwise have been missed.
