Derbyshire Healthcare has a vision of wrapping its services around the needs of the its patients and their community and for services to be easy to access and re-access. The Trust also wants its services to be in line with people's needs and to ensure that people can get the right help at the right time.
We want to support your Recovery journey and wellbeing by offering a range of courses and resources, in order to support you with fulfilling your potential. These courses are linked to your local area.
We provide a choice of recovery focussed courses, groups, opportunities, seminars and workshops for people who are part of our services. This includes families, friends and trust staff, who can join together to learn with and from each other.
These are aimed at supporting you and your family to recognise and develop personal resourcefulness, resilience and talents in order to become experts in your own self- care, make informed choices and help achieve your goals and aspirations in life.

The service is largely for clients of working age (aged 18 to 65 years). However the service will work with people over 65 years of age where it is considered to be the most appropriate for someone whose needs are more closely aligned to adults of working age.

The service is largely for clients above working age (aged 65 years and above). However the service will work with people under 65 years of age where dementia is a likely diagnosis or where it is considered to be the most appropriate service.
