Our core purpose is to work with people and lead communities in improving their mental and physical health and wellbeing for a better life; through delivering excellent and responsive prevention, diagnosis, early intervention, treatment and care.
Derbyshire Healthcare has a vision of wrapping its services around the needs of the its patients and their community and for services to be easy to access and re-access. The Trust also wants its services to be in line with people's needs and to ensure that people can get the right help at the right time.
We want to support your Recovery journey and wellbeing by offering a range of courses and resources, in order to support you with fulfilling your potential. These courses are linked to your local area.
We provide a choice of recovery focussed courses, groups, opportunities, seminars and workshops for people who are part of our services. This includes families, friends and trust staff, who can join together to learn with and from each other.
These are aimed at supporting you and your family to recognise and develop personal resourcefulness, resilience and talents in order to become experts in your own self- care, make informed choices and help achieve your goals and aspirations in life.
We work in a way that brings together experts by experience and experts by profession to produce and deliver together all the courses and groups listed.
Our neighbourhoods stretch across the county of Derbyshire and Derby City. Please choose from the neighbourhoods shown below to find out more about services in your area.
