We are a team who part of the NHS. We visit all young people who come into the police station.
Young people are from the age of 10 up the age of 18.
We see you to have a chat about how things are at home, school with friends or anything that you are worried about. We will check that you understand what is happening when you are at the police station and after when you leave.

What support can the team offer?
When you contact the service, we will contact you back either by phone call or emailing.
We will ask you questions about, how you feel, how things are at school and what support and help you may need.
We can look at different services in the community you can receive support from.
What can I receive support for?
When you speak to a professional, they need to keep it confidential. That includes, your name, contact details and any other personal details you share with them. It means that they aren’t allowed to tell anyone or share information.
However, there are some certain circumstances information needs to be shared with other people, such as if you’re a risk to yourself or others or need medical attention. Safeguarding allows to promote the welfare of children and protect them from harm even if it’s from their self.
Disclosing information about serious crimes will have to be reported.
