If you already use our services, or care for someone who does, during office hours your first point of contact should be the person that usually works with you. If you don't have their contact details, please contact the main operational base on 0300 1234586.
If you are a parent, a carer/guardian or a young person and would like to talk about the progress of a referral, or seek general information about the progress of a referral please call the Neurodevelopmental Pathway Coordinator on 0300 1234586. Select option 2, then option 6.
Outside office hours
In medical emergency and life-threatening situations only, where a person needs urgent medical attention, please dial 999 or attend your nearest hospital A&E department.

If you, or a friend or relative, have concerns and need to seek advice during office hours, then you can access advice and information from a number of sources.
