Annual Members Meeting 2026

Themes of art and hope will feature at our annual members meeting on 30 September 2026 from 6pm-8pm. The meeting will be held virtually on Microsoft Teams so that anyone can get involved.

The meeting, which is being held online, will start with a slideshow featuring the finalists of the Trust’s 2026 art competition, titled “A ray of hope”, before the formal meeting begins.

What will be covered at the AMM?

  • A special focus on the positive impact of the Trust’s new healthcare facilities and therapeutic activities and on two Trust services: the Community Enhanced Rehabilitation team, who support people across Derbyshire recovering from mental ill health; and the Specialist Psychology team, who work with patients in Derby with HIV, AIDs, cancer and brain injuries.
  • A look back at 2025/26
  • An update on the Trust’s accounts and financial position
  • A look ahead to future plans
  • Questions and answers
  • The event will conclude with the winners of the art competition being announced.

Can I ask a question at the AMM?

Advance questions are being encouraged – by emailing dhcft.membership@nhs.net – and there will be an opportunity to ask questions at the end of the meeting, time permitting.

Selina Ullah, Trust Chair, said: ‘We really are keen to welcome our members, the public and our workforce to our AMM. As well as presenting our formal Annual Report and Accounts from last year, it will be a great opportunity for people to hear about how our services have a positive impact on our patients. We also encourage people whether they are able to attend or not to submit questions about our services.’

How do I join the meeting?
