Talking Mental Health Derbyshire

If it's time to talk, we're here to listen

Talking Mental Health Derbyshire offers a range of therapies for people experiencing common psychological difficulties, such as those feeling anxious, low, or depressed.

We are a free and confidential service for adults 16 years and over, who are registered with a Derbyshire GP.

Our trained psychological therapists use talking therapies, such as counselling and cognitive behavioural therapy, to help people move towards recovery.
