Admin Support Team.
Karen, Noveer and Jac.
|
We provide essential day to day support to the nurses by managing a wide variety of admin tasks. Processing paperwork, coordinating appointments, letters, text, responding to queries from patients, parents and clinical staff, ensuring accurate and timely information is available to support clinical decisions. The admin team brings empathy, discretions, a good sense of humour with a strong understanding of the diverse needs of patients, families, and professionals. We are approachable, adaptable, and willing to help, which contributes to the running of the service. We endeavour to give a positive experience to all involved with the ADHD Admin Team.

New assessment and Support while waiting Nurse
|
My name is Helen and I work as part of the new assessment team. I make sure all the information is available for the nurses to do their assessments with the families. I do this by contacting schools and other agencies. I also summarise all the health information on the child’s record. I may also contact you to offer support while you wait for assessment. I am a learning disabilities nurse and have worked for many years in that area. I love my job and enjoy talking to and supporting families on the phone and also meeting some of you at the new assessment appointments.
