Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is pleased to announce an exciting update to the 2025 HEARTS Awards. The Partnership and Collaboration Award, previously open only to individual nominations, will now also accept nominations for teams. 
This change reflects the Trust’s commitment to recognising collective efforts that involve experts by experience, community members and system partners in shaping services. Whether it’s a team that has co-produced a new initiative or collaborated across boundaries to improve care, the Trust want to hear about it.
Nominations are open until midnight on 28 August 2025. Finalists will be announced in September, with winners celebrated at the awards ceremony in October at Kingsway Hospital, Derby.
