Please note that we are moving bases and will be temporarily located at Buxton Cottage Hospital, London Road, Buxton, Derbyshire, SK17 9NJ. This is less than one mile from our current base of Corbar View.
From Monday 10 August all Living Well, outpatient, Memory Assessment Service and Psychology appointments will be delivered either in the community, online, or at Buxton Cottage Hospital. The move will allow us to finish preparations to our new long-term accommodation which is also in Buxton.
We will be able to offer an update on our permanent Buxton base in the coming weeks but please be assured that there will be no disruption to care or services throughout the moves. Our telephone number will remain the same.
