Derbyshire Healthcare is pleased to be one of the first NHS trusts to undertake the NHS Rainbow Badge Phase II Pilot. The scheme was officially launched in 2018 and was aimed at tackling biases at NHS trusts. Since then, over 150 Trusts across England have been involved in the initial phase of this important project.
As part of our initial work in phase two, we want to hear about your views and experiences so we can create a better and more inclusive healthcare setting for all LGBT+ colleagues and patients. Service users, carers, colleagues and partners can do this via a five-minute staff survey which you can access here. Whether or not you are part of the LGBT+ community, we would like to hear from you.
