Are you interested in local NHS services and passionate about your community? Why not become a Derbyshire Healthcare Governor? Nominations are open from 19 January until 7 February 2022.
We are looking for members of the public who are motivated, enthusiastic and willing to engage with their local community to stand in our governor elections for:
- Amber Valley
- Bolsover and North East Derbyshire
- Chesterfield
- Derby City East
- Derby City West
- Erewash
- South Derbyshire
- Rest of England
As a governor you will:
- Act as an ambassador for the Trust
- Hold non-executive directors to account for the Trust’s performance
- Represent the interests and views of local members
- Attend the Council of Governors meetings
If you are interested, firstly you must be a member of Derbyshire Healthcare NHS FoundationTrust and over the age of 16 – you can do this online on the Trust’s website.
