Important information regarding our recruitment and onboarding process for bank workers:

Please be aware as an NHS Trust we work to NHS Employer standards in our recruitment check and onboarding practice. It is important that you are aware up front the time-expectation we require from our bank workers in order to onboard you to work bank for our trusts. Our feedback is that the experience can seem longer and more involved than expected. Please be aware that as a bank worker you are expected to meet the exact same standard as those working with us permanently and this is reflected in what we will ask of you. Please consider carefully if you are able to commit time to your onboarding and training and consequently working shifts.
