Caring for a loved one with an eating disorder can be overwhelming, confusing, and difficult. No   matter how well you know your loved one, an eating disorder can make them present as though they are a different person.

The Derbyshire eating disorder service has created a carers pack that aims to equip you and those around you with a wide variety of resources to help you gain a better understanding and deal with both the disorder, as well as the personal, emotional, and relational struggles that often sit alongside this.
