Patients, carers and family members have shared warm feedback praising the care, kindness and support provided by the Dementia Rapid Response Team at Derbyshire Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust.
The feedback, featured in the slideshow below, highlights the difference staff make every day through responsive support and dedication to involving patients, families and their close ones in decisions about their treatment and recovery.
Comments from this service describes how staff listened, provided reassurance and supported people through some of the most challenging periods in their lives. Patients and loved ones also praised staff for treating them with dignity, respect and understanding, while helping them to feel informed and involved in their care.
Many of the comments recognise not only the difference made to patients, but also the support offered to families and carers.
