It is important that you get the right support. In the first instance, contact your GP, midwife or health visitor to discuss the impact of your trauma or loss on your mental health.

If they agree that you need mental health support, they will be able to directly refer you to our service.  If they feel that your needs would be better placed in another service, they will be able to direct you to the appropriate team or organisation to support you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept self-referrals at this time, or referrals for people experiencing a mental health crisis.

Sadly, some families lose their baby during pregnancy, birth or shortly afterwards. Grieving is unique to each person and individuals may experience this in many different ways. To allow time for the natural healing process to begin, referrals will be accepted from one month following a loss.
