You will be cared for by several professionals during your stay.
The team consists of Doctors, Ward Manager, Lead Nurses, Registered Mental Health Nurses, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, Psychologist, Nursery Nurses, Health Care Assistants, Peer Support Workers, Recreational Worker Housekeeper, Health Visitor and Specialist Midwife.
There is a staff on duty board so you know who is on the ward each day. There is also a photo board so you can see all staff who work on the ward. All staff will be wearing name/ID badges too.
All staff are here to care for you and your baby during your time on the Beeches. You will have an allocated Named Nurse and Named Nursery Nurse who will work closely with you and your baby whilst you are here on the Beeches, you will also have associate Named Nurse and Named Nursery Nurse who can also support if your Named staff are not on duty.
