Urgent Referrals   

To refer to Talking Mental Health Derbyshire, please phone 0300 123 0542. We are open 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, or you can leave a message or email talking@derbyshcft.nhs.uk outside of these hours.

If you feel at risk of harm to yourself or others, please contact your GP Surgery and ask for an urgent appointment to see the doctor. If this is not possible, call the NHS 111 service by dialling 111 on your phone as they may be able to arrange an out of hours appointment if required.

  • Samaritans 116 123 - open 24/7 and can be contacted by dialling
  • FocusLine 0800 027 2127 - open outside of normal working hours and can be contacted on
  • Young Minds on 0808 802 5544 - if  you are a parent concerned about the wellbeing of a child, you can call .
