How to access Talking Mental Health Derbyshire services

Referral from a healthcare professional:

Speak to a healthcare professional and ask them for "a referral for an assessment to Talking Mental Health Derbyshire”.

You may alternatively choose to self-refer, using one of the following three options:

Online: Complete the online confidential self-referral form. We will contact you regarding an initial assessment as soon as possible. 

Telephone: Call 0300 123 0542. Normal office hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. You can also choose to leave a non-urgent confidential message and someone will return your call.

Post: Download a copy to print and complete of our service leaflet, or pick one up from your local surgery or health centre. All you need to do is to complete the tear-off section with as much information as possible and post to:

Should you feel that you need to speak to someone urgently, we recommend that you contact your GP surgery and speak to the duty doctor. If your GP surgery is closed, the following organisations may be able to offer you support:
