What can you expect as a follower of Derbyshire Healthcare’s Twitter account?
Derbyshire Healthcare’s Twitter account is run by the Trust’s Media & Communications Team.
Our Twitter account is monitored daily with the content of which will mainly include the following:
- latest news from Derbyshire Healthcare
- upcoming local healthcare events
- news relating to our areas of business
- public health messages from other organisations
- retweets from other relevant organisations.
We will follow other Twitter users relevant to the organisation, such as NHS trusts, local and national news organisations, local and national voluntary and charity organisations and other relevant public sector organisations. We regret that we cannot guarantee to follow those who follow us.
Any users deviating from Twitter’s acceptable use policies will cease to be followed by the organisation, and if necessary further steps will be taken. Any tweets containing medical questions or those related to a patient’s care will be automatically referred to our Patient Experience team.
